EFFECTIVE TUESDAY, MARCH 17, 2020

ATTENTION:

WE HAVE BEEN CLOSELY MONITORING THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) OUTBREAK AND CONTINUE TO OBSERVE THE CDC RECOMMENDATIONS. OUR FIRST PRIORITY IS THE CONTINUED SAFETY OF OUR EMPLOYEES, RESIDENTS, AND CUSTOMERS. PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICIALS CONTINUE TO ADVISE THAT SOCIAL DISTANCING IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE STRATEGY TO PREVENT THE SPREAD OF COVID-19. THEREFORE, EFFECTIVE MARCH 17, 2020 OUR RENTAL OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED TO ALL OUTSIDE VISITORS INCLUDING CUSTOMER WALK-INS, RESIDENTS, AND VENDORS, UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

MAINTENANCE: DURING THIS PERIOD, WE ARE SUSPENDING NON-ESSENTIAL MAINTENANCE AS PART OF OUR COVID-19 PROTOCOLS. PLEASE SEE NOTE REGARDING EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE.

EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE: CALL THE OFFICE. TO LIMIT THE EXPOSURE AND POSSIBLE TRANSMISSION OF THE CORONAVIRUS AMONGST TEAMS, WE WILL CONTINUE SERVICING MAINTENANCE REQUESTS, BUT WILL LIMIT THOSE TO EMERGENCY SERVICE REQUESTS. WE HAVE PROVIDED A LIST OF THOSE CATEGORIES BELOW:

  • SEWERAGE BACKUP
  • NO ELECTRICITY
  • WATER INTRUSION
  • ENTRY DOOR LOCKS NOT SECURE
  • ANY UNSECURED ENTRY
  • ENTRY GATE MALFUNCTION
  • CLOGGED TOILET – IF ONLY ONE TOILET IN APARTMENT
  • NO HEAT – IF UNDER 50 DEGREES
  • NO AIR CONDITIONING – IF ABOVE 85 DEGREES
  • NO HOT WATER
  • REFRIGERATOR NOT COOLING
  • LOCK-OUTS
  • NO DOMESTIC WATER IN UNIT
